With a plethora of unnatural weight loss techniques available to almost every consumer in the world, it’s easy to get drawn into them. However, losing weight isn’t as simple as popping pills or scheduling surgeries, because there are two parts to successfully lose weight. The first part is to actually lose the fat and the second part is to keep it off. Keeping the fat is often harder than losing it and if you don’t fix the initial problem, you’re diet, you’ll undoubtedly gain the weight back. Some of the unnatural weight loss ideas out there include: gastric bypass surgery (stomach stapling), liposuction (cosmetic surgery), 100s of pills (suppress appetites/boosts metabolism), and radical plans (Atkin’s/South Beach Diets). Not saying that these techniques won’t work, but they don’t continue helping you after you reach your goal. Other than stapling your stomach, none of them can guarantee to keep the fat off. I’ll go ahead from here and give you a brief overview of what a natural plan should be and why it will keep you skinny after reaching your goal.

What I mean is try to figure out how many calories, carbs, fats, etc. you eat on an average day. This is obviously a rough estimate because usually nobody is disciplined in what they eat each day but do the best you can. Finally, start cutting things from your diet. It’s important to ease your way into it to be successful. I suggest starting out by cutting fats down because it’s the easiest thing to cut. Then continue to cut each week until you reach to a healthy and can consistently maintain it.

Exercising is optional but logically it can only speed up your fat loss. Now with your being fixed, go ahead and use some of the unnatural techniques like pills or radical plans because as I said above, they will work and will work fast. Avoid the surgeries and the pills that seem iffy because they can be very negative on your health. But if you don’t fix your naturally, these unnatural techniques will not work.
